Your custom jewelry is made to order from the finest materials. We stand behind our product 100% and want to ensure that you feel completely satisfied with it. Custom pieces generally take about four weeks to complete. Please note that shipping is not included in that timeframe. Each piece is hand-stamped and one of a kind. Slight imperfections are part of what make Alloy products unique and personal.
We want you to love your new piece, and will be happy to work with you to get it just right. Keep in mind that your custom-ordered piece is suited exclusively to you. For that reason, it is non-refundable.
Updating an Existing Piece
Because our pieces are handmade to order, we cannot add additional customization to existing pieces. If you think you will want to add on to a piece in the future, please purchase a necklace that has separate charms and be prepared to return the existing charm to us so that we can have it on hand while we make the new one.
Please keep in mind that while we offer high-quality chains, life happens and chains occasionally break. If your chain is damaged within 30 days of receipt (based on the post date that it left our workshop), please return it to us and we will be happy to send you a complimentary replacement.
Changing an Order
When submitting your order, please take great care to enter your information correctly. Once the checkout process is complete, changes cannot be made to custom orders. Please feel free to contact us at with questions prior to ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive or be able to process order changes sent after your order has already been submitted.

A 6% sales tax applies to all orders shipped or billed to a Vermont address.
Standard shipping costs $7.95 using First Class USPS mail. Standard transport time is as follows:

USPS: 3 - 5 business days
International shipping can take one month or more, depending on the destination's customs regulations. In the very rare case that your item is lost in shipping, we will do everything we can to locate it. However, Alloy is not responsible for the lost item if does not arrive on the scheduled date.
Occasionally items will go on backorder. We will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. We cannot guarantee availability of any design. We want our customers to be happy and always do our best to keep our site updated with accurate stock quantities.
